The PCB board recycling line is used to separate metal and non-metalmaterials from waste circuit boards, copper clad boards, circuit boards.and scraps, and reuse the copper and resin powder in them.

The regeneration processing of waste circuit boards adopts dry crushing and sorting processes, making them recyclable metal powder and resin fiber powder, respectively.

The principle of electrostatic sorting is to adjust the input power supply to a high voltage of 100000 volts through a transformer, forming a high-voltage magnetic field that has an adsorption effect on conductive metals, thus achieving the separation of metals and non-metals.
