Moving knife/fixed knife The material of the moving blade is made of special alloy tool steel forged and processed by machine, with multiple heat treatments and low-temperature freezing heat treatment techniques. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent and can be repeatedly repaired for use, ensuring cutting performance and service life. The fixed tool adopts a hook type installation, optimizing the tool replacement function, making tool maintenance and replacement more convenient.

 Bearings/Seals The bearing seat adopts a split and detachable type, which can quickly remove components such as moving knives, fixed knives, bearings, etc. It is easy to maintain and replace cutting tools, and the sealing structure effectively blocks the contact between broken objects and grease. When handling liquid materials, it can also protect bearings and gears.

01.Chamber

02.Shaft and Blade

03.Bearing seal

The bearing pedestal adopts the method of assembling and disassem-bling, which is convenient to remove the moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and other parts, easy to maintain and replace the tool, and the sealing structure is used to block the broken material, grease, liquid material, and protect the bearing and gear, etc. Self-aligning roller bearing is adopted.

04.PLC

PLC is programmed independently and equipped with start, stop, forward, reverse and overload protection functions. The overall automation ensures safety and stability and saves labor costs.
