The PCB board recycling line is used to separate metal and non-metalmaterials from waste circuit boards, copper clad boards, circuit boards.and scraps, and reuse the copper and resin powder in them.
The regeneration processing of waste circuit boards adopts dry crushing and sorting processes, making them recyclable metal powder and resin fiber powder, respectively.
Firstly, crush the waste road board into a powder like mixture of metal and resin fibers.

Then, through wind sorting, the metal components are separated from the resin to obtain recycled products.
To prevent dust pollution during the regeneration process, a pulse dust removal device is installed after the wind sorting process, effectively solving dust pollution.

Crush the circuit board to about 20 mesh. lf the production is large, it is possible to consider adding a grinder.

Sort resin powder and copper by specific gravity. As the weight of copper is greater than the weight of resin, copper will be sorted to one side and resin will be sorted to the other side. This achieves the separa-tion of metals and non-metals.
Collect the dust and ultrafine fibers generated during the crushing process.
The material is subjected to high-voltage electrostatic sorting to separate the small copper powder and resin contained in the material. The principle of electrostatic sorting is to adjust the input power supply to a high voltage of 100000 volts through a transformer, forming a high-voltage magnetic field that has an adsorption effect on conductive metals, thus achieving the separation of metals and non-metals.
